Why data encoding is necessary?

Encoding: Encoding is a technique, which transforms the information into signals, different encoding techniques are used such as-

·       NRZ-L

·       Multilevel binary (Bipolar AMI & Pseudo ternary)

·       Biphasic (Manchester & differential Manchester)

Necessary of encoding:

(i) Transform data into signal to send them from one place to another.

(ii) Represent digital data into digital signal.

(iii) Finally improves the performance of the signal.
